There is a lectern with an invitation: whoever welcomes it will activate the performance; a game in which the spectator is invited to read aloud the texts proposed, while the performer sonorises the reading. It can be interpreted both in a “frivolous” way, by proclaiming advertisements and horoscopes, and as a reflection on the time we are living in and the questions it creates in each of us through news articles and trips around the world. The sonorization is completely extemporaneous and is made with an electric guitar and small instruments (toys, everyday objects, small percussions); according to the viewer’s approach, the same text can be musically interpreted differently: the attitude and intonation of the reader can influence the music in a conciliatory or reactive way through harmonizations, layers of sound bands or noise effects. Contemporary art in this case becomes a voluntary reflection of human existence in the present, with its mysteries and certainties: its interpretation is up to you.
